Fished Bethany Lakes after dark and came prepared with Corn, but ended up sticking with Powerbait.
The bite was steady for the first hour, then slowed during the second. Still managed to pull a
limit of Trout—three on Pink and two on Chartreuse. Even hooked another on Chartreuse but lost it
right at the bank. Fun stuff!
While cleaning the Trout afterward, I noticed several had absolutely gorged on Corn. Good to know
they’re feeding on it, especially since Powerbait has been tough to find lately. Still working
through last year’s stash!
