Bite started slow but it picked up. Managed 14 White Bass and 1 Crappie. Left them biting. Will get a long form video of the trip posted!

Only One Keeper This Morning!

Fished Clear Lake this morning with the kayak.  Tried drifting for Catfish with Shad; had two nibbles but no hook ups.  Switched to a Slab and Jig Rig and had one take but failed to set the hook well.

Kept at it; a White Bass struck but was not a Keeper. Went another 30"; another struck.  It was a Keeper.  Only two White Bass this round with only one Keeper. Still a fun time!
