Liking my Cauliflower Ricer! In short order was able to convert a head of Cauliflower into a Rice for dinner!

Kept it simple, olive oil, Sautéed Garlic, then a mix of fish sauce and soy sauce. Paired well with the Spicy Broiled Trout Recipe just switch from Trout to White Bass!

Picked up a new tackle box this past weekend from Bass Pro Shops! Can hold 3700 as well as 3600 tackle box trays plus a lot more. Liking the backpack straps and the two rod holders. Plus it comes with a rain fly. Comes with four 3600 tackle box trays. Ordered extras though. Plan to configure my tackle so I can easily swap a tray out based on the fishing I plan to do!
