Wooley Rooster Martin worked well enough. Was a slow go at Stoney Hollow in Plano with only three missed strikes. Could not get a good hook set to land them. Moved down the road for a chance at the Catch and Release Pond at Plano East Senior High. Caught a few Panfish, little Bass, and even a little Catfish. Did lose three Bruiser Bass though. Good to see the Pond is doing well!

I've been trying to find out which places are catch and release and which are not. Where do you get that information? Thanks in advance.

ReplyDeleteFor Allen, all city lakes are catch and release with exception of Trout stocked at Bethany during the Winter Trout Stocking Season. Found this on the City's website under City Ordinances.
ReplyDeleteFor Plano, have been going by the signs posted by the ponds. In Plano East Senior High School's pond, there are signs indicating catch and release. Also, you might try a search on Plano's City Ordinances to see if there ponds specifically designated catch and release only.
