Cleaned the White Bass that we caught kayak fishing yesterday. Took the extra step and removed the "red meat" from the fillets, and then cooked them using a Beer Batter Fish Fry recipe that we got from a kayak fishing magazine. Made some changes here and there to the original recipe for the batter and the tartar sauce. Had a tasty meal this evening! Check out today's video and the recipe video below! Today's Video:
