Yesterday's Catch for a Beer Batter Fish Fry!

Cleaned the White Bass that we caught kayak fishing yesterday. Took the extra step and removed the "red meat" from the fillets, and then cooked them using a Beer Batter Fish Fry recipe that we got from a kayak fishing magazine.  Made some changes here and there to the original recipe for the batter and the tartar sauce.
